Veer consultants work closely with our clients to identify the purpose of the project, the expected vs the acceptable outcome, time frame, resource allocation, and the flexibility in the system to allow for alternative exploration and future development or upgrades.
Veer consultants may apply current Project Management techniques through software systems like MicroSoft Project(tm) or apply simpler methodologies that may apply to smaller organizations. Our consultants may be asked to lead the team to total success, or be available to provide guidance, in-put, and do the legwork, keeping ownership of the project with the client’s staff or management team. Our consultants don’t need to be in the spotlight. That’s where our clients belong.
Veer consultants are available for project management on a short-term or long-term basis, domestically or internationally. A few weeks or a few months are quite typical for our team, but long-term assignments, from on-site or off-site are always an option.
